These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrushCircle, operated by Embur Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using CrushCircle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CrushCircle. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
You agree NOT to: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content; impersonate another person; use the App for commercial solicitation, scams, or spam; share another person's private information without consent; use bots, scripts, or automated tools; attempt to bypass safety features such as Panic Hide or blocking.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile information) but grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the App. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community — without prior notice.
CrushCircle provides tools to block and report users. Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in account action, including permanent bans. We cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
CrushCircle's Radar and Navigate features rely on your device's location services. You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting other users. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and informing a trusted friend of your plans. CrushCircle does not conduct background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or safety of any user.
CrushCircle offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Premium") via Apple's In-App Purchase system, available as Monthly or Annual plans.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you originally agreed to, unless changed and disclosed prior to renewal.
Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Premium Features: Premium includes Ghost Mode, unlimited likes, the ability to see who liked you, Heat Radar (precise distance in meters), and Panic Hide. Features are subject to change with notice.
Refunds: All purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot directly issue refunds.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem necessary to protect the community. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Safety & Privacy → Delete Account.
CrushCircle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, the accuracy of user profiles, or the conduct of any user. You use the App and meet other users entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embur Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CrushCircle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
