First, pull down to refresh on your Credits screen in the app. Credits are usually added within 5 minutes of payment. If they still haven't appeared after 15 minutes, email support@embur.world with your PayPal order ID and Embur account email and we'll resolve it immediately.
Tap the three-dot menu on any post, reel, story, or profile and select "Report" or "Block". Reports are sent immediately to our safety team at safety@embur.world. Blocked users are instantly removed from your feed and cannot view your profile. For urgent safety concerns, email safety@embur.world directly.
Go to your Creator Dashboard in the app → Earnings → Withdraw. Payouts are sent to your linked PayPal account. You must be at least 18 years old to withdraw earnings. Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed in the app. For payout issues, contact support@embur.world.
Try the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen — a reset link will be sent to your registered email. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support@embur.world with your username and any account details that can help us verify your identity.
No. Embur Credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them. There are no subscription fees or monthly charges — credits are a one-time purchase that you use at your own pace.
Credits are generally non-refundable as they are a digital good consumed upon use. However, if you were charged incorrectly, experienced a technical error, or have a valid consumer protection claim under your local law, contact support@embur.world and we will review your case.
Open Embur → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. All your content is removed from public view instantly and all data is permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you have issues accessing Settings, email support@embur.world.
Yes. If an AI feature failed due to a technical error on our side, we will refund the credits. Email support@embur.world with your username, which AI feature you used, and when the error occurred. We review all credit refund requests within 24 hours.
