Overview & Our Core Promise
Snapchatwo is built on one principle: authenticity. Every snap is captured live through the Snapchatwo camera. There are no uploads from photo libraries. There are no filters. There are no fake personas. Every verified user on Snapchatwo is a real, liveness-confirmed human being.
This Privacy Policy reflects our commitment to that principle. We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform, protect our users, enable creator earnings, and comply with applicable laws.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. Snapchatwo is ad-free. Your data is never used for third-party marketing purposes.

Age Restriction
Snapchatwo is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 17. If we discover that a user under 17 has registered, we immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data. Camera-only policy: Snapchatwo accesses your camera exclusively for live snap capture and liveness verification. We never access your photo library, screenshots, or saved images. Content on Snapchatwo can only originate from the live Snapchatwo camera at the moment of capture.

2.4 Device & Technical Data
We collect minimal technical data necessary for app functionality:
- Device type and iOS version (for compatibility)
- App version
- Crash reports and performance data (for stability)
- Authentication tokens (stored encrypted in iOS Keychain via Expo SecureStore)
We do not collect: precise GPS location, advertising identifiers (IDFA), IP address history, or device fingerprints beyond what is technically necessary for API security.
Liveness Verification
Snapchatwo uses a proprietary real-time liveness detection system to confirm that every verified user is a living, breathing human being — not a bot, AI avatar, deepfake, or impersonator.
What Liveness Verification Does
- Confirms you are physically present using your device camera
- Detects real facial movement and depth — not a static photo or video replay
- Issues a time-limited verification token upon successful completion
- Marks your profile with a verified badge visible to other users
What We Do NOT Do
Liveness verification is not facial recognition and is not biometric data collection. We do not store facial geometry, facial templates, biometric identifiers, or any data that can be used to identify you by your face outside of Snapchatwo. The liveness check confirms your presence — it does not record or retain your facial data. All liveness processing occurs in real time and the raw frame data is discarded immediately after verification.
Face ID / Touch ID Login
If you enable biometric login (Face ID or Touch ID), your authentication credentials are stored exclusively in the iOS Keychain on your device using Apple's Secure Enclave. Snapchatwo never receives, transmits, or stores your biometric data. Face ID authentication is processed entirely by Apple's operating system — we only receive a success or failure signal.
Camera Access
Camera access is the foundation of Snapchatwo's authenticity guarantee.
Why We Require Camera Access
- Snap capture: All content on Snapchatwo must be captured live through the in-app camera
- Liveness verification: Real-time presence confirmation during account setup
- Snap Code scanning: QR code scanning to add friends
- Profile photo: Profile pictures must be live-captured
What We Do NOT Use the Camera For
The camera is never activated in the background. It is never accessed when the app is not open and in active use. We never use the camera for surveillance, advertising profiling, or any purpose other than the features listed above. Camera access can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Camera → Snapchatwo.
Microphone Access
Microphone access is requested only when recording video snaps. Audio is captured solely as part of video content you actively choose to record and post. No audio is captured passively or in the background.
In-App Purchases & Credits
Snapchatwo offers credit packages available for purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). Credits are used to send virtual gifts to creators.

Important: All payments are processed exclusively by Apple. Snapchatwo never receives, stores, or processes your credit card number, Apple Pay details, or any payment instrument. For refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. Credits are non-refundable per Apple's consumable in-app purchase policy.
Purchase Data We Receive
Upon a successful purchase, Apple provides us with:
- The product ID purchased (e.g. com.drz.embr.credits.100)
- A transaction ID for fraud verification
- An encrypted receipt for server-side validation
We use this data solely to credit your account with the purchased credits. Transaction records are stored for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
Credit Balance
Your credit balance is stored on our servers linked to your account. Credits expire only upon account deletion. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash.
Virtual Gifts & Creator Earnings
Sending Gifts
Users may send virtual gifts to creators using their credit balance. Available gifts: Rose (10cr), Heart (25cr), Diamond (50cr), Crown (100cr), Rocket (200cr), Mansion (500cr).
When you send a gift, we record:
- Sender user ID
- Recipient creator user ID
- Gift type and credit value
- Snap ID the gift was sent on (if applicable)
- Timestamp
Creator Earnings
Creators receive 80% of the gross value of each gift received. Snapchatwo retains a 20% platform fee, deducted at the time of withdrawal — not from the sender.
PayPal Withdrawals
Creators who request earnings withdrawal provide their PayPal email address. This email is stored securely and used solely for processing withdrawal payments. We do not store any other PayPal account details. Withdrawal data is subject to applicable tax reporting requirements. Creators are responsible for declaring earnings as income in their jurisdiction.
Identity note: Creators requesting withdrawals above applicable thresholds may be required to provide additional identity verification information for tax and anti-money laundering compliance. This information is handled in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
Messages & Communications
Direct Messages
Snapchatwo supports direct messaging between users. Message content is stored on our servers to enable message delivery and conversation history. We do not sell, analyze for advertising, or share message content with third parties. Messages between users are private and not visible to other users.
Group Chats
Group chat messages are stored and visible to all members of the group. When you leave a group, you no longer receive new messages but your prior messages may remain visible to remaining members until the group is deleted.
Snap Replies
When you send a snap reply to another user's content, the reply is delivered as a direct message and stored accordingly.
Safety note: While we do not monitor message content in real time, we reserve the right to review messages reported by users as abusive, illegal, or in violation of our Terms of Service. We cooperate with law enforcement requests as required by applicable law.
Contacts Access
Snapchatwo requests optional access to your device contacts for the sole purpose of allowing you to invite friends to join the platform.
We do not upload, store, or transmit your contacts to our servers. Contact data is accessed locally on your device only to generate an invite message via the native iOS Share Sheet. Your contacts list never leaves your device through Snapchatwo.
Contact access can be denied or revoked at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy → Contacts → Snapchatwo without affecting any other app functionality.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers
- Cloudinary — Secure media storage and delivery for snaps and stories
- Railway — Backend infrastructure and database hosting
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (account verification, OTP)
- PayPal — Creator earnings withdrawal processing
- Apple — In-app purchase processing via StoreKit
All service providers are contractually required to process your data only as instructed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority. We will notify you of such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
Safety
We may share information when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to a user or third party, or to address fraud, security threats, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy policy that will govern your data.

Account Deletion
How to delete your account: Open Snapchatwo → Me tab → Settings → Delete Account. All your data (snaps, messages, profile, follower connections, credit balance) is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days. Transaction records are retained for the legally required 7-year period for financial compliance only.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
- All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — never stored in plain text
- Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain via Expo SecureStore
- Media files are stored via Cloudinary with access controls
- Our backend infrastructure is hosted on Railway with restricted access
- Liveness tokens are single-use and time-limited
- Regular security reviews of our codebase and infrastructure
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, typically within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
Third-Party Links & Services
Snapchatwo may contain links to external websites or services (e.g., PayPal, Apple). These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through Snapchatwo.
Children's Privacy
Snapchatwo is strictly for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. Our liveness verification and account creation process is designed to prevent underage registration.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 17 has created an account, please contact us immediately at support@embur.world with the subject line "MINOR ACCOUNT REMOVAL" and we will delete the account and all associated data within 48 hours.
International Data Transfers
Snapchatwo is operated by Embur Inc. based in Kuwait. Your data may be stored and processed in servers located in the United States (via Railway and Cloudinary). By using Snapchatwo, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws than your home country.
For European users, we ensure that such transfers comply with GDPR requirements through appropriate safeguards.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Send you a notification via the app or email
- For material changes, request your re-acknowledgment before continued use
